Al\u00e9m da discuss\u00e3o sobre o PL, que prop\u00f5e instituir o Programa Especial de Parcelamento de Cr\u00e9ditos Tribut\u00e1rios do Estado, os participantes tamb\u00e9m debateram as emendas propostas pelos deputados e deputadas.
