{"id":42075,"date":"2026-03-06T14:48:59","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T17:48:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acrj.org.br\/?p=42075"},"modified":"2026-03-31T13:23:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T16:23:44","slug":"manifesto-da-acrj-contra-a-desapropriacao-de-imovel-comercial-ativo-em-botafogo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acrj.org.br\/index.php\/2026\/03\/06\/manifesto-da-acrj-contra-a-desapropriacao-de-imovel-comercial-ativo-em-botafogo\/","title":{"rendered":"Manifesto da ACRJ contra a desapropria\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel comercial ativo em Botafogo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bA utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, pela Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro, do instrumento legal da hasta p\u00fablica para viabilizar a desapropria\u00e7\u00e3o de um im\u00f3vel comercial ativo \u2014 em pleno funcionamento, bem conservado e rigorosamente em dia com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias \u2014 causa profunda preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bTrata-se de uma medida que, al\u00e9m de desproporcional, transmite ao mercado um sinal inequ\u00edvoco de inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica, fator reconhecidamente nocivo ao ambiente de neg\u00f3cios e \u00e0 atra\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos para a cidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bInstrumentos legais de exce\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o devem ser utilizados para interferir em atividades econ\u00f4micas regulares e leg\u00edtimas.
