O encontro foi dividido em dois pain\u00e9is, com o presidente do Conselho, Humberto Mota Filho, como mediador, e contou com a presen\u00e7a do presidente da ACRJ, Josier Vilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Humberto Filho, a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trouxe alguns desafios para as empresas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00e9 importante discutir como foi a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a uma nova realidade nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es do trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No primeiro painel, o debate foi sobre a \u201cIgualdade Salarial: import\u00e2ncia para al\u00e9m da obrigatoriedade\u201d, onde as palestrantes Ana Beatriz Tartuce, da empresa Limppano; e Mayara Sant\u2019Anna, da Veirano Advogados, abordaram o tema do ponto de vista empresarial e da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No segundo painel, o tema Aprendendo com o que j\u00e1 aconteceu, Sandra Ribeiro, da Embelleze; Marcio Luz, do Ouvidor Digital; e Nathalia G\u00f6pfert, do Compliance PME foram os palestrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os participantes abordaram as diferentes experi\u00eancias em suas \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o e debatarem os aspectos legais do tema da igualdade salarial nas empresas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e privadas. Destacaram, especialmente, o processo de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o para atendimento \u00e0 nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 casos, inclusive, conforme os participantes do encontro, de a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais de empresas que s\u00e3o contra as novas regras e a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos relat\u00f3rios semestrais de transpar\u00eancia salarial e de crit\u00e9rios remunerat\u00f3rios. No entanto, as a\u00e7\u00f5es foram todas suspensas e as empresas est\u00e3o obrigadas a publicizar o relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o conhecida como Lei da Igualdade Salarial (n\u00ba 14.611\/2023), regulamentada no ano passado, \u00e9 considerada pelos convidados como um grande avan\u00e7o para reduzir as desigualdades salariais entre homens e mulheres. Para eles, a Lei foi um marco na luta contra esta diferen\u00e7a de g\u00eanero no Brasil pois estabeleceu regras claras para empresas com cem ou mais empregados, que a partir dela precisam se adequar para promover a igualdade de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o entre homens e mulheres que ocupam os mesmo cargo. De acordo com a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, as empresas tamb\u00e9m ficam obrigadas a divulgar relat\u00f3rios semestrais de transpar\u00eancia salarial para corrigir discrep\u00e2ncias salariais entre
