Benem\u00e9rito e presidente do Conselho Superior da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial do Rio de Janeiro, foi membro do Conselho Superior de Com\u00e9rcio Exterior da FIESP, presidente da C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio Brasil Vietn\u00e3, diretor da C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio Brasil R\u00fassia, diretor da Sociedade Nacional de Agricultura.
